⌛ PRODUCTION TIME
I aim to provide a thorough and accurate production timeline, which may range from 4-10 weeks. This longer processing time accounts for the unpredictable nature of shipping schedules and helps manage expectations.

However, I strive to finish most items within a month, unless I am waiting for specific materials. Production times can vary depending on availability and any special customization requests.

Please keep in mind that rush orders are not always possible due to these factors. We are a small, dedicated team of 3, and we focus on producing each item with care and attention to detail. While our small size means we don’t have the capacity to churn out large quantities quickly, we are committed to creating high-quality products—rushed work compromises the quality we strive for. 💖

📏 SIZING
If you would like to adjust the size of your ears, please note the following additional charges:

Increase size: $15 (up to 3cm)
Decrease size: $10 (as my pattern would have to change as well, I will usually make a new pattern for you which would take time)

For enlargements beyond 3cm, please contact me for a custom quote.

🎨 COLORS
As each item is hand-painted and colored, achieving a perfect color match is a bit challenging. I’ll do my very best to create the exact shade you want, but slight variations may occur.

No extra charge for color changes within my available options.
If you’re looking for a custom color not listed, it’s an additional $15.

All items are made to order.
Processing time is 3-4 weeks, not including shipping time.
My ears are wired and can be shaped or posed as desired.
As each piece is handmade, there may be slight imperfections that add to its unique charm.
